They sound yummy and I would like to try them, but I’m just wondering why the carbs are so high? One whole can of red beans only has about 17g and there are 4 servings in this recipe . Even with a bun, 73g is extremely high. Is it a typo?

      Hi Karen
OMG you are right. I may have forgotten to change the serving to 4 and I kept it at 1… I am going to update it right now…..I hope you enjoy it…:)

These look great! Kidney beans are my favorite- so sweet. I’ve never made a veggie burger because I can’t have the wheat bun- but I guess there’s no reason I couldn’t put this on a bed of lettuce like I do chicken burgers.

      Hi
its for the bean burger patties so they are not so sticky and they don’t fall apart. But you might be able to skip it..you cant have any?
